This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Vybmeet ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the Vybmeet mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and our Terms of Service.
This license does not allow you to:
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
The App may offer subscription plans and in-app purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including approximate location data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license and account.
The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software) are owned by Vybmeet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., maps, payment processors, cloud hosting). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VYBMEET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to this EULA or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vybmeet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of this EULA, your User Content, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach any provision of this EULA.
Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked and you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Vybmeet operates. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this EULA shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
This EULA, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vybmeet regarding the use of the App.
