By using Vybmeet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms anytime, and continued use means you accept the changes.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vybmeet. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and remove accounts that violate this policy.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information
• Using Vybmeet legally and ethically

If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us.

Code of Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate someone else
• Share explicit or illegal content
• Spam or scam other users
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Collect others' personal data without consent
• Share false information or catfish

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

Safety First

When meeting people through Vybmeet:

• Meet only in public places
• Tell a trusted friend where you're going
• Trust your instincts
• Never share your home address, phone, or financial info
• Report unsafe behavior immediately

We're not responsible for in-person interactions outside the app.

Content & Messaging

Messages on Vybmeet are:

• Private between users
• May be flagged for policy violations
• Subject to automated safety scanning
• Can be reported to law enforcement if illegal

Intellectual Property

Vybmeet and all its content are owned by us. Your content remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it for operating and improving the service.

Limitation of Liability

Vybmeet is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Harm from in-person meetings
• Third-party services
• Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any).

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your violation of terms, use of service, content, violation of laws, or disputes with other users.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violating our policies
• Illegal activity
• Abuse or harassment

Termination is immediate and at our sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vybmeet operates. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vybmeet.
